David "Dave" Brian Rohan, 63, of 205 Compass Point, Ninety Six, husband of Lynn Heffernan Rohan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Hospice House surrounded by his loved ones.
Born in Webster, MA, he was the son of the late Lawrence Rohan and Elizabeth Byrd Rohan. Dave was the owner and operator of Builders Kitchens and was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Shawn Rohan (Rebecca) of Sterling, VA, Brian Rohan of Blackstone, MA, Leah Korchari (Peter) of Ellington, CT, Jacqueline Rohan and Colby Rohan, both of Tolland, CT; two sisters, Karen Lauzon and Betsy Willner; a brother, Lawrence Rohan, Jr.; stepchildren, Dennis Thompson, Eric Titus and Tracy Titus and seven grandchildren, Reily, Killian, Garrett, Jackson, Kylie, Nicholas and Harper, all of CT.
A memorial service celebrating Dave's life will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Grand Harbor Clubhouse with the Rev. Bobby Gilbert, pastor of Mt. Lebanon and Kinard United Methodist Churches, and Mr. Frank Sove officiating.
Also, a family celebration of Dave's life will be held in Connecticut this summer. Those plans will be announced at a later date.
There will be a reception on Saturday from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Grand Harbor Clubhouse.
