Don Fair's Obituary
Donald "Don" Joseph Fair, 83, of Greenwood, widower of Patricia Hair Fair, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025, at his home.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Horace and Dorothy Roach Fair. Don retired from Newberry County Water and Sewer Authority and was a member of Panola Methodist Church. He loved playing golf and spent countless hours woodworking. His talents extended to photography, capturing memories of his beloved family, who were the true heart of his life.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Marie Fair; and a brother, Larry Fair.
Surviving are a son, Brian Fair; two daughters, Bobbie Jo Fair and Cheryl Rowland; sister, Sybil Fair; six grandchildren, Patti Dockery, Becky Holland, Shelby Gardner, Sam Fair, Andi Fair and Alex Fair; and a great granddaughter, Lily Kate Holland.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Sunday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
