Donna Jackson Kennedy, 65, of Greenwood, wife of James Ralph Kennedy, Jr., went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 27, 2019 at her home.

Born in Waynesville, NC, she was a daughter of Shirley Norris Jackson and the late Roy Donald Jackson. She had her bachelor's degree in education and her master's degree in Administration and Supervision. She was the principal at Hoke County High School and attended Siloam Baptist Church. Donna enjoyed fishing, crocheting, needlepoint, and gardening.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home is her daughter, Kristy Kennedy of Greenville, NC; her son, James Brandon Kennedy (Crysti Miller) of Fayetteville, NC; sister, Teresa Jackson Parker of Chapin, SC; brothers, Boyd Jackson of Lexington, SC and Alan Jackson of Rockingham, NC; and grandson, Mykah Kennedy of Fayetteville, NC.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Howle officiating.
