Donnie Lee McFarland, 72, of 120 Fincannon Road, husband of Melissa McKinney McFarland, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at his home.

Born in Trion, GA. he was son of the late Richard and Dora Smith McFarland. He retired from Satterfield Construction as a lab technician. Donnie enjoyed fishing, driving, and doing mechanical work.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children, Donna McFarland (Blake Reda) and Lindsey Morris, both of Greenwood; sister, Margaret Boruff (Charles); brother, Gary McFarland, both of Tennessee; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky and Jimmy McFarland.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed by visiting Donnie's life tribute page at www.harleyfuneralhome.com , where messages may also be left for the family.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
