Dorothy Ann Kneece Smith, 84, of Ninety Six, widow of David Smith, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020 at her home.

Born in Lexington, she was a daughter of the late Odell M. and Irene Hall Kneece. She retired from Greenwood Mills- Sloan Plant and was a homemaker. Dorothy was a member of Mount Ebal Baptist Church in Batesburg and also attended Siloam Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Ninety Six.

She was preceded in death by four sisters: Eleanor M. Smith, Nancy Burgess, Janice Smith and Sally Mae Kneece and three brothers: Odell Kneece, Jr., Wyman Kneece and Hershal Kneece.

Surviving are her children, Dellrene Tellin of Ninety Six, Darlene Smith of Ware Shoals, Ronney Smith (Joan) of Greenwood and Ricky Smith (Alisa), of Ninety Six; a sister, Patricia Cumbee (Russell) of Batesburg; a brother, Richmond M. Kneece (Helen) of Batesburg; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 3 pm on Sunday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating. The service will be live streamed and available to view by visiting Dorothy's life tribute page at www.harleyfuneralhome.com , where you can leave messages for the family. Entombment will be at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 2-3 pm.
