Edith Carol Watts Bobo, 69, of 800 East Townsend Road, wife of Robert Joel �Joey� Bobo, died Friday, July 11, 2014 at her home. Born in Franklin, NC, she was a daughter of the late Glenn William Watts and Alice Jones Watts. Edith was formerly employed with Regal Textile and Chiquola Textiles. She was a member of Gillespie Chapel Methodist Church in Franklin, NC and attended Light on the Hill. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Wallace E. Watts and Terrell D. Watts. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are a son, David Michael Watts of Hodges; a sister, Mary Richardson and her husband, Ronnie, of Greenwood; a brother, Ottis Watts of Sylva, NC; three grandchildren, Emily, Michael and Allie Watts of Hodges; a great granddaughter, Kaylee Watts; a daughter-in-law, Paige Scott Murray; two nephews, Thomas Richardson and Steve Watts; and a niece, Amanda Patterson and her husband, Russell. The family is at the home.
