Edna Foster Harbin, 89, of 313 Lake Shore Drive, widow of Franklin N. Harbin, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at her home. Born in Seneca, she was a daughter of the late John and Effie McKern Foster. She retired from Greenwood Mills and had been a member of Lowell Street United Methodist Church since 1949, where she was a member of the Cheerful Workers Sunday School Class. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Thelma Harbin of Seattle, WA, Jerry and Ginger Harbin, Stephen and Barbara Harbin, all of Lake Mary, FL; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and George Williams of Greenwood; a sister, Gladys Spearman of Easley; a brother, Clyde Foster of Westminster; 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy Harbin; sisters, Eva Watson of Cross Hill and Martha Burdette of Seneca and a brother, James Foster of Seneca.
