Thomas Edward Meece, 79, formerly of The Willows, died Monday, August 19, 2013 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home, Anderson. Born in Asheville, NC, he was the son of the late James Edward and Vaudie Willis Meece. He was retired from Greenwood Motor Lines and was a US Army veteran of World War II. He was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is his daughter, Lesa Meece of Greenville; two sons, John Meece and his family of Ninety Six and Jim Meece and his family of Greenwood; two sisters, Ruby O�Dell and her husband, Don, of Ware Shoals and Faye Kirkland of Simpsonville; his former wife and mother of his children, Montr� Jennings and several grandchildren.
