Edwena Fountain Elrod, 88, of 5342 Highway 28 North, widow of William Addison Elrod died Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Nacogdoches, TX, she was the daughter of the late Admiral Dewey Fountain and Winnie Humphrys Fountain. Edwena was a homemaker and a member of the Greenwood congregation of Jehovah�s Witnesses. Surviving are a son, David Elrod of Greenwood; a daughter, Dinah Fox and her husband John of McCormick; and a grandson, Warren Elrod of Toronto, Canada. The family members are at the respective homes.
