Elizabeth Biles Logan, 90, of 214 Cowhead Creek Road, widow of Rev. Walter H. Logan, died Friday, February 4, 2011 at NHC Healthcare. Born in Lamar County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Willis Lindsey and Annie Bell Biles. She was a graduate of Georgia State College for Women, Milledgeville, GA and received a Master�s Degree from the University of Georgia. She retired from Upson County School System, where she served as the Director of the School Food Service Program. Mrs. Logan was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church, Forsyth, GA and attended First Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Greenwood. Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Anne L. and Dr. Carl Lockwood of Columbia; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Joseph and Ann Logan of Greenwood and Dr. Walter T. and Rebecca Logan of Buena Vista, VA; three sisters, Ida Mae Ellis, Dorothy Pate and Bobbie Norwood, all of Griffin, GA; grandchildren, Dr. Matthew Logan, Joseph W. Logan, Jr., Andrew E. Logan, Dr. Justin Swartz, Miles Swartz, Cory Logan, Abigail Logan and Georgia Logan; 20 great grandchildren.
