Elizabeth Tate Peppers, 89, of 214 Park Street, widow of Rev. James E. Peppers, died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Georgia and retired from Greenwood Mills, Ninety Six Plant. She was of the Holiness faith. Surviving is a son, Alan Peppers and his wife, Jennifer, of Ninety Six; eight grandchildren, Ricky White, Jesse Strassle, Kim W. Painter, Tim White, Kelly Popella, Mason Peppers, Jenne Heric and Stephen Peppers; 11 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by children, Shirley White, Carolyn Strassle and Charles Peppers.
