Elizabeth Nabors Vines, 91, widow of J. Sam Vines, Sr., died Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Savannah Heights Living Center, McCormick. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late D. O. and Margaret Nickles Nabors. She was the owner of Dan Ella Cattle Farm and was a member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, where she was a former member of the choir and the United Methodist Women. Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Hellams of Greenwood; a son, Joe Vines, Jr. of Columbia; two sisters, Gladys Nabors Ouzts of Saluda and Bernice White of Greenwood; two brothers, Billy Nabors and Carl Nabors, both of Greenwood; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
