Emma McKee �MaEm� Allen, 92, of 108 Glencrest Court, widow of Robert Allen, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood, she was the daughter of the late James Douglas and Ruby Elam McKee. Mrs. Allen was retired from Grendel Mill and enjoyed working at Gary�s Restaurant after her retirement. She is a member of Woodfields Baptist Church and T.E.L. Sunday School Class. Surviving are three daughters; Kay Snelling of Gaston, SC, Jean Ellison and her husband Billy of West Columbia and Ann Landis and her husband Keith of Abbeville; three sons, Barry Allen and his wife Cheryl of Greensboro, NC, Thomas �Tommy� Allen and his wife Rena of Augusta, GA, and Billy Allen of Greenwood; a brother, Bruce McKee of Coronaca; 12 grandchildren, Kim Raber of Lexington, Andy Allen and his wife Jamie of Augusta, GA, Mike Snelling and his wife Tracy of West Columbia, Ty Snelling and his wife Stephanie of Gaston, SC, Casper Snelling and his wife Allison of Lexington, Brandy Snelling of Charleston, Shannon Allen of Greenwood, Christi Cannon and her husband James of Charleston, Quincy Hollingsworth of Abbeville, and Jason Collins, Cody Ellison, and Courtney Gerald, all of West Columbia; and 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pam McCollough. Pallbearers will be her Grandsons, as well as Randy Raber and Jamie Gerald. Honorary escort will be the members of the T.E.L. Sunday School Class. Memorials may be made to Hospice House, 408 West Alexander Avenue, Greenwood. The family is at the home of her daughter Ann Landis, 2360 Highway 72 East, Abbeville.
