Ernest F. Jacques, III, 71, of 634 Cobb Road, widower of Patricia Benoit Jacques, died Saturday, February 15, 2014 at his home. Born in Chicopee Falls, MA, he was a son of the late Ernest F. Jacques, Jr. and Nellie Mosher Jacques. Ernest was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons, Michael Jacques of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Ernest Jacques (Christie) of Ninety Six; four daughters, Lisa Jacques (Joey Laburda) of Honea Path, Donna Thomas, Carolyn Hawthorne (Bill),and Debbie Jacques, all of Greenwood; a brother, Edward Jacques (Charlotte)of Chicopee Falls, MA; and 15 grandchildren. The family is at the home of his daughter, Debbie Jacques, 115 Laurel Ridge Place, Greenwood.
