Essie Mae Gentry Robinson, 79, resident of NHC Healthcare, died Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Albert and Mary Sue Bearden Gentry. She was a member of Callie Self Memorial Baptist Church and the Ladies Bible Class. Surviving are three sons, Larry Richardson and his wife, Carolyn, of Troy, Jack Richardson of Florence and Thomas Mark Richardson and his wife, Monty, of Bradley; a daughter, Cathy Coker and her husband, Donnie, of Greenwood; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
