Florencio A. Castillo, 85, husband of Tita Guzman Castillo, passed away on April 18, 2024, at Self Regional Medical Center, Greenwood, SC.

Born in the Phillipines, Florencio was a son of the late Fermin and Juana Aquino Castillo and was raised by his aunt, Susanna Castillo. He came to the United States in 2009, initially residing in Las Vegas before moving to South Carolina in 2015. He was a man who enjoyed wrestling, dressing up and looking sharp, listening to music from his extensive vinyl collection, and reading his Bible.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Tita Castillo; his children, Windsor Castillo (Vilma), Egemar Castillo (Emma), Michelle Paragas (Petronio) and Dafny Carino (Sonny); grandchildren, Kurt (Krisha), Kent, Kim, Gio, Gwen, Ashley, Gayle and Troy; and many more friends and family.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Florencio's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, SC.

Florencio's warm smile, kind heart, and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was cherished by many.
