Frances Phillips Segers, 93, of 112 Segers Drive, widow of James A. Segers, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Born in Franklin County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Leo F. and Katie L. Phillips. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Edna and Donald Ruff of Abbeville, Bobbie and Bennie Gravley of Greenwood; five grandchildren, Vickie Joiner, Donnie Ruff and Bartley Ruff of Abbeville, James C. Gravley and Bengie Gravley of Greenwood; 12 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Milton Phillips of Canon, GA and Frank Phillips of Royston, GA and her sister, Louise Vaughn of Canon, GA.
