Frank Kenneth Azecusky, 79, of 204 Doc Holloway Road, Chappells, widower of Sharon Azecusky, died Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his home.
Born in Warren, Ohio, he was a son of the late Stanley Frank and Susan Chappel Azecusky. He retired from the US Postal Office and was of the Baptist faith. He was a US Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War, where he received his Combat Medic Badge. Mr. Azecusky was a member of V.F.W. and the American Legion Post 20.
Surviving are his son, Lonnie Azecusky and his wife, Sharon, of Chappells; a sister, Carol Boardley and her husband, Tom, of Warren, Ohio; a brother George Azecusky and his wife, Mary; grandchildren, Ken Azecusky and his wife, Heather; great grandchild, Nathan and Max Azecusky, all of West Palm Beach, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
Services, with military honors, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to HospiceCare of the Piedmont, 408 W Alexander Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646.
