George Franklin "Frankie" Fain, 68, of 701 Amerson Drive, Calhoun Falls, died Friday, May 24, 2019.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Cecil Furman Fain and Gaynell Langley Fain. Frankie was formerly employed with Dalton Carpet and was an avid golfer. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved cheering on Dale Earnhardt, Sr.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Woodrow Earl "Pete" Fain.

Surviving are his wife, Angela Morris Fain; a sister, Dorothy "Dot" Elizabeth Fain; a brother, Cecil Everett "Eddie" Fain (Cathy); a special niece, Sherrie Matthews; and a special friend, Shou-Mei Morris.

The family will receive friends at Harley Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6-8 pm.
