Sandra Gail Bowie, 69, of 120 C Windtree Court, died Sunday, March 08, 2015 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood, she was the daughter of the late Mary Cobb Sandusky. Gail was a graduate of the University of Alabama, Roll tide. She was a former teacher at Oakland Elementary and worked for the Sexual Trauma Counseling Center. Gail retired from JCPenny where she worked in the home d�cor department. She loved traveling and was of the Episcopalian faith. She was preceded in death by her beloved cat, Mandy. Surviving are her lifelong partner of 20 years, Kimberly Trotter of the home; a son, Andrew Crook of Beech Island; and two granddaughters, Alexis Crook and McKenzie Green. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Hospice House, 408 West Alexander Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646. The family members are at their respective homes.
