Gary Travis "Big Papa" Kelso, 45, of Greenwood, husband of Summer Sandage Kelso, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Tacoma, Washington, he was the son of Gary Lee Kelso and Constance "Connie" Bowie Kelso. Gary enjoyed drag racing and collecting guns. He was an avid Notre Dame Fighting Irish and New England Patriots fan. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Summer; his parents, Gary and Connie; his children, Stevii Brooks Randall and Keighden Caine Kelso; and numerous other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Betty R. Bowie and James E. Bowie; paternal grandparents, Wilbur T. Kelso and Mary M. Kelso; father-in-law, David G. Sandage; and mother-in-law, Candace M. Boyd.

Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
