Gary Jordan Syracuse, Sr. 64, of Edgefield, husband of Cynthia Wagner Syracuse, died November 25, 2020.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Francis Gwinn Syracuse and Shirley Temple Brothers Syracuse. Gary was a truck driver and also worked for Syracuse Lawncare. He was a member of Saluda Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children: Lillian Nicole Syracuse (Diane Lewis) of Nashville, TN, Gary Jordan Syracuse, Jr. of Greenville and Cory Craig Syracuse (Katie) of FL; two sisters, Debra Syracuse (Mark) and Camille Kyle (Kim), both of Greenville; two brothers, Jody Syracuse (Sandra) of Powdersville and Barry Syracuse (Pam) of Mauldin; and a grandson, Brock Syracuse of FL.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday January 16th at Saluda Hill Baptist Church in Cleveland, SC.

The family will receive friends following the service.
