Gloria Patricia Jordan Williams, 60, of 115 Young Street, widow of Billy Ray Williams, died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Hospice House. Born in Troy, she was a daughter of the late Charles Raymond and Mary Price Jordan. She was formerly employed by Greenwood Mills, Chalmers Plant and with Security Forces at Fuji. She wrote articles, which were published in several national magazines. She was a member of Laurel Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Timberly Williams of the home and Patty Finley (Roy) of Roebuck; two sisters, Linda White (Al) of Greenwood and Rose Marie Taylor of Saluda; a brother, Teddy Jordan (Connie) of Ninety Six; a half brother, Larry Price of Greenwood; a stepsister, Connie Timmerman Jordan (Teddy) of Ninety Six; a step brother, Robert Timmerman (Caridad) of Greenwood; two grandchildren, Kristin Stickland and Stone Strickland; and a number of nieces and nephews.
