Phillip Heath Hollingsworth, 45, formerly of Greenwood, died Thursday, July 27, 2017.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Ernest Hank Hollingsworth and Judy Dukes Hollingsworth. Heath was a roofer and attended Real Life Ministries.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy and Chad Hollingsworth.

Surviving in addition to his parents are three children, Tiffany Hollingsworth of Powdersville, Chris Hollingsworth of TX and Sophia Hollingsworth of NC; two brothers, Jason Hollingsworth and Brent Hollingsworth, both of Greenwood; a step brother, Jimmy Hollingsworth; two grandchildren, Aniston Bradley and Kaylee Bradley, both of Powdersville; and a number of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Monday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Catoe officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
