Horace Everett Holladay, 80, of 1212 Ninety Six Highway, husband of Ruby Jane Irvin Holladay, died Sunday, December 27, 2009 at Hospice House. Born in Manning, he was a son of the late David Lee and Bessie Gillis Holladay. He was a self employed painter and was a member of Siloam Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donnis Jane and Michael Kelley of Palm Bay, FL and Teresa and Mike Kelly of Greenwood; a sister, Gladys Myer of Saugerties, NY; a brother, Bobby Holladay of Ninety Six; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Clarence Jackson �C.J.� Holladay; sisters, Gladys Holladay, Frances Holladay, Virginia Penland and Dorothy Jean Bernini and brothers, D.D. Holladay, Edward Holladay and Donald Holladay.
