Howard Ronald Cannon, 76, formerly of 508 Baptist Association Road, Waterloo, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at The Hospice House of Burlington, NC.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Lee Roy Cannon and Mary Dahlia Timms Cannon. Howard was a U. S. Air Force veteran and retired from Monsanto. He was a very active member of Grace Community Church for many years and served as usher.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Alisha and Greg Voorhis of Burlington, NC; and two grandchildren, Cannon and Van Voorhis.

Services will be held at 11 am on Saturday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 to 11 am.
