Curtis Howard "Gopher" Roberts, 65, of 101 Hodges Circle, husband of Brenda Burton Roberts, died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Clarence and Annie Ruth Boswell Roberts. Curtis was a drywall installer and attended Lakeview Baptist Church.

Curtis is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter, Merissa Roberts of the home; two sons, Matthew Roberts (Mary) of Virginia and Trey Quattlebaum of the home; two stepchildren, Melissa Barnes of the home and Emerson Scott Barnes (Laurie) of Greenwood; his brother, Bobby Roberts of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Chase Davis, Brayden Barnes and Kalli Barnes and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Janie Weeks and Glenda McAllister.

Services will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eric Hill officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Emerson Barnes, Trey Quattlebaum, Chase Davis, Eric Boswell, Greg Hughes and Jamie Timms.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
