Hugh �Kit� Miller McKittrick, 70, of 112 David Street, Laurens, husband of Dorothy �Dot� Satterfield McKittrick, died on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Newberry, he was a son of the late Andrew Jackson McKittrick and Ruby Miller McKittrick. He was retired from Walmart Distribution Center and had served in the SC National Guard. He was a member of the Sons of the Confederacy and Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, Laurens. Surviving is his wife of the home; two daughters, Sonya (Jimmy) Cogdill and Lisa (Guy) Knight, all of Laurens; two sons, Marty (Trish) McKittrick of Florence and Brian McKittrick of Greenwood; a sister, Sue (Mike) Van Vranken of Clinton; grandchildren, Mary Hannah McKittrick of Florence, Matthew Cogdill, Meagan Knight and Michael Knight, all of Laurens, Jordan McKittrick and Keri McKittrick, both of Simpsonville. He was preceded in death by his brother, Russell McKittrick.
