Inez Brewington Crawford, 82, of 4223 Callison Highway and formerly of Davis Street, died Friday, July 22, 2016 at her home.

Born in Clinton, she was a daughter of the late James Brewington and Irene Lawson Easley. Inez was a loving mother and grandmother. She retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of Augusta Highway Baptist Church.

She was twice married, first to the late, Willie O. Cantrell and second to the late, Harvey L. Crawford and also preceded in death by a son, John H. Cantrell; a brother, J. M. Brewington; and a sister, Hazel Vaughn.

Surviving are a daughter, Linda Cantrell Rush of Callison; a son, Billy E. Cantrell of Joanna; two brothers, Raymond Brewington of Honea Path and Ellis Brewington of Ware Shoals; sister, Shirley B. Griffin of Clinton; grandchildren, Bobby "Tony" A. Johnson (Paula) of Tell City, IN, Stacy Canfield Dutton (Tim) of Elberton, GA, Lynn Cantrell Hastings (Gregg) of Simpsonville, Lisa Cantrell Brashier (Jimmy) of Piedmont, Gene Cantrell of Greenwood and Shane Horne (Darlene) of Abbeville; twelve great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.

Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Andy Cribb, Terry Brewington, Ray Brewington, Gregg Hastings, Jimmy Brashier and Tim Dutton.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
