Inez Hastings Drake, 83, widow of Calvin Josiah Drake, died Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Long�s Residential Care, Saluda. Born in Edgefield, she was the daughter of the late Heyward and Celia Willis Hastings. Mrs. Drake was a retired employee of Kemet Electronics, Greenwood. She is survived by her son, Donnie Drake (Susan) of Saluda and her daughter, Vickie Currin of Gaston; three grandchildren, Ray Currin (Natalie) of Gaston, Jessie Currin Rock (Jason)of Lexington, NC and Stephanie Drake of Saluda; one great grandchild, Angel Rock; and one sister, Shirley Henderson. She was predeceased by a brother, Crafton Hastings and sister, Becky Pruitt. Special thanks to the staff of Longs Residential, Mrs. Drake's long time residence at time of death.
