Irma Carroll Ramsey, 74, of 815 Puckett Ferry Road, wife of Ed Ramsey, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at her home. Born in Angier, NC, she was a daughter of the late Loraine and Maude Dupree Carroll. Irma retired from Parke-Davis and was formerly employed by Roberts Foundry and worked seasonally at Geo. W. Park Seed Co. She was a member of Grace Community Church, where she taught Sunday School and was a former president of the Women�s Aglow. Surviving is her husband of the home; her children, Brian Stephenson (Sandra) and Rhonda S. Martin (Russell), of Greenwood, Tiara S. Cason (Terry) of Kirksey and Machelle S. Laughlin (Roger) of Broken Arrow, OK; stepchildren, Emmanuel C. Crowder of McCormick and Rebecca Ramsey of Kennesaw, GA; sisters, Rachel Gonce of Ninety Six and Brenda Jackson of Sandersville, GA; grandchildren, Brandon T. Cason, Levi C. Cason, Brianna Cason-Owings, Shelly M. Eidson, Ciara L. Penrod, Austin Crowder, Emily Crowder, Luke Laughlin, Chason Martin; great grandchildren, Tristan Cason, Tanler Cason-Owings, Arianny Cason, Atreyu Cason and Robert Sawyer Eidson, who is expected to be born in early May. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Arthur Marshall Crowder; a stepson, Edward Neal Ramsey; a grandson, Tanner Chaise Cason and a granddaughter, Bethany Laughlin.
