Jackie Jean Kinard, 63, of Anderson, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

Born in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late James Rikard Kinard and Iza Mae Bullard Kinard. She formerly attended Prosperity Church of God. Jackie loved being around her family and friends and getting out of the house going places when she was able.

She is survived by her sister, Ola Howell; two nephews; and five great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends before the service from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
