James E. Dorn, 86, of 421 Panacea Road, widower of Gloria Lee Boswell Dorn, died Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Hospice House. Born in Edgefield, he was a son of the late William Fred and Ethel Ouzts Dorn. He retired from Greenwood Mills after 40 years of service and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a member of First Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and the Ready Men�s Sunday School Class. Surviving is his daughter, Rebecca Sudduth (John); brothers, George Dorn, Sr., Hoyt Dorn, Sr., Raymond Dorn and C. W. Dorn; grandchildren, Tracy Sudduth and Johnathan Sudduth; a great grandson, Riley Sudduth, and special friend, Ms. Christine Parkman and her son, Marty Parkman, all of Greenwood. He was preceded in death by his sister, Irene Dorn King and a brother, Yancy Dorn.
