James Tommie Kneece, 65, of 310 Kneece Road, husband of Lois Marie Busbee Kneece, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at his home. Born in Edgefield, he was the son of the late James Rufus Kneece and Elloree Buff Kneece. James was retired from the state of South Carolina, a member of Bold Spring Baptist Church and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of the home; three sons, Kenneth (Jeanna) Kneece, of Greenwood, Brian (Buffy Clary) Kneece of Spartanburg and Jesse F. Kneece of the home; a daughter, Betty �Missy� (Chad) Stroud of Greenwood; a sister, Betty Urban of Greenwood; and seven grandchildren, Aiden Kneece of Spartanburg, Kaitlyn (David) Claphan, Cassidy Tucker, Montana Smith, Megan Kneece, Summer Stroud and Lily Stroud, all of Greenwood. The family is at the home.
