Jamie Strawn Kunkle, 68, of 108 Tanglewood Drive, wife of Charles �Mick� Kunkle, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at her home. Born in Ninety Six, she was the daughter of the late James and Marion Gilmer Strawn. Jamie worked for United Telephone Company, Nations Bank and Greenwood School District 50. She was a member of Emerald Baptist Church. Jamie was very passionate about her love for God and her family. She enjoyed collecting bird houses, bird feeders, snow people and coo-coo-clocks. Surviving in addition to her beloved husband Mick of the home are two sons, Mike Kunkle and his wife Lee Ann, of Belton and Travis Kunkle and his wife Michelle, of Honea Path; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two more great grandchildren on the way. The family is at the home.
