Lavonia Jane Jones Haynes, 70, of 4718 Old Laurens Road, wife of William Christopher "Sonny" Haynes, Jr., died Thursday, October 19, 2017.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late James Randolph and Geneva King Hall Jones. Jane was employed by The Ranch House Restaurant for many years and had also worked for Grimes Aerospace. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Surviving is her husband of the home; two daughters, Christine Pilgrim (Rodney) of Honea Path and Barbara Haynes of the home; a sister, Edna Holloway of Greenwood; and grandchildren, John Wesley Pilgrim, Rodney Pilgrim, Jr. and Dorian Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Angela Jane Haynes and Kimberly Dawn Haynes; a sister, Rachel McAllister and a brother, Morris Jones.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marc Vickers officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m.
