Jared Lee Rousey, 29, of 111 Bonanza Drive, husband of Jennifer Elaine Wright, died Friday, February 4, 2011. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Joe Michael �Mike� Rousey and Cindy Quarles Rousey. He was employed by Fischer Barton in Fountain Inn. Jared had played baseball all of his life, pitching for various pickup and weekend leagues. He had coached his daughter�s soccer team and had committed to coaching her softball team this spring. One of his passions was playing sports video games. Surviving is his wife of the home; his father of Waterloo; his mother of Honea Path; two daughters, Madison Elizabeth Rousey and Grayson Elaine Rousey, both of the home; a brother, Michael Scott Rousey of Greenwood; a stepbrother, Michael Dean Rousey of Laurens; grandparents, Joe and Mary Rousey of Greenwood; a special niece, Clara Elizabeth Rousey of Greenwood and his father-in-law, Bruce Wright of Greenwood.
