Jerald Lee Hepler, 72, of 117 Berry Drive, Ninety Six, husband of Nora Berry Hepler, died on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Covington, VA, he was a son of the late Alford Lee and Retha Bess Hepler. He retired from the US Army as a basic training instructor and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Jerald also formerly served as a police officer for the Ninety Six Police Department and was a truck driver following his retirement from the Army. He was Methodist. Surviving is his wife of the home; his daughter, Tasha H. Clark of Ninety Six and his granddaughter, Summer Leigh Clark. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to the family.
