Obituary
James H. Hovis, 51, of 11 Cedar Street, Ware Shoals, died Friday, August 03, 2012 at Petra Healthcare, McCormick. He was a son of the late James H. Hovis, Sr. and Elsie Free Hovis. He was a graduate of Ware Shoals High School and was employed by Wallmark. He was a US Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War and was a member of Ware Shoals Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are two daughters, Tammy Hovis of Tennessee and Elizabeth Hovis of Ware Shoals.
