Jimmy William Gable, 73, of 114 Lowell Street, Ninety Six, husband of Dewette Eustace Gable, died Friday, May 28, 2010 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Mary Horne Wrenn. He was retired from Greenwood Mills, Sloan Plant, where he was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a Christian and Bible scholar. Surviving is his wife of the home; two daughters, Kathy Gary and her husband, Owens, of Ninety Six and Connie Hlavenka and her husband, Tom, of West Texas; two sons, Steven Gable of McCormick and Preston Gable and his wife, Sandra, of Ninety Six; a sister, Margie Fellows and her husband, Sammy, of Greenwood; ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
