Her happiest moments came when she was surrounded by her loving family. She was a faithful member of Abney Memorial Baptist Church for over 54 years, where she taught Sunday School and enjoyed participating in the Women's Prayer Group.

In addition to her husband and parents, Jo Nell was preceded in death by a son, Steve Kelley; sisters, Dot Boone, Harriet Dominick, Ruby Minor and Ruth Satterfield and her brothers, Milton Vaughn, Willie Vaughn and Calvin Vaughn.

She is survived by children, Kim Kelley Willis (Ernie), Kevin Fallaw (Laurie), Kenneth Fallaw (Amanda), Timmy Fallaw, Tony Fallaw (Crystal) and Tommy Fallaw (Amanda); a sister, Mary Birchmore; 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
