Jo Ann Atkins Johnson, 88, resident of The Ridge, Edgefield, widow of Joseph "Joe" Pace Johnson, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019.

Born in Easley, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Etta Beacham Atkins. She was employed by Belk for over 28 years and a member of Lowell Street United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her son, Mike Johnson (Kathy) of Greenwood; brother, Edward H. Atkins of Moore; grandchildren, Meredith Sloan West (Shelby) of Columbia and Claire Brown (Allen) of Charlotte, NC; and great grandson, Dylan Pace Johnson of Greenwood.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James McCoy-Bruce officiating. Burial will be private.

The family will receive friends following the service.
