Joe Frank Walker, 90, husband of Betty Edmonds Walker, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Petra Health & Rehab. Born in Bradley, he was a son of the late William and Lizzie Mae Edwards Walker. Joe was a U. S. Army veteran of WWII and a member of Woodmen of the World. He was a retired employee of SCDOT and a member of Troy United Methodist Church. Joe enjoyed bird hunting, fishing and his bird dogs, Jessie and Lady Brittany. Surviving are his beloved wife of 61 years, of the home; a son, William �Bill� Walker and his wife Valorie Hall Walker; one grandson, Aaron Frank Walker, all of Bradley; and a host of other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Troy United Methodist Church, PO Box 158, Troy, SC 29848 or to Troy Cemetery Association, PO Box 23, Troy, SC 29848.
