Richard "Joey" Joseph Futch, of Ninety Six, passed away March 24, 2025, at his home.
Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he was a son of the late Richard and Jeanette Craig Futch.
Joey loved to hunt, fish, and play golf, embracing the beauty of the outdoors. He was also a die-hard USC fan, often found cheering for his team. Above all else, he loved being Papa to his grandchildren, and his family meant everything to him.
He is survived by son, Jay Futch (Shelli); daughter, Haley Futch; sister, Debbie Fortner (Phillip); brother, Donnie Futch (Donna); and grandchildren, Jeremiah Knight, Koli Futch, Kaydi Futch, and Serenity Smith.
