Obituary
John Martin Moody, 93, widower of Fannie Belle Fuller Moody, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Agape Senior Care in Laurens. Born in Hortense, GA, he was a son of the late David Barney and Victoria Wright Moody. He retired from the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer, having served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of New Market Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, John Moody (Sandy) of Ninety Six and Thomas Moody of Edgefield and a grandson, Patrick Moody (Connie) of Ninety Six.
