Obituary
Johnny H. Humphries, 75, of 109 Welborn Lane, husband of Vernell Smith Humphries, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness while surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 20, 2017.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 57 years; is his daughter, Hope Humphries Wright and her fiancé, Steven Kuester, of Blue Bell, PA and his grandson, Logan Jon-William Wright of Greenwood.
Johnny retired as a conductor with CSX Railroad after 34 years. He was a member of Monroe Masonic Lodge #244 and was a Shriner. He was a member of Benton Heights Presbyterian Church.
A private memorial service has been held.
The family is at the home.
