Jonathan Daniel Hayes, 75, husband of Jeannette Reid Hayes, passed peacefully into rest on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at his home. Born in Robersonville, NC, he was the son of Victor Wilson Hayes and Pansy Springsteen Hayes. Jonathan worked in construction and was a member of Greenwood Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are daughters, Juanita Thompson (Sam) and Michelle Sundin (Rich); three sisters, Rosemary Brown (Jay), Ruth Wilkinson (Donald), and Laura Gladson (Jerry); two brothers, Stephen and Oliver (Carol); and grandchildren Mary and Marshall Thompson; Katrina Steinkraus , Ben Manthei, Richard Jr., Jon and Robbie Sundin. Pallbearers will be Fred, Charles, Andrew, Joel and Patrick Myers, Claude Cromer and Oliver Hayes. Honorary escort will be Stephen Hayes, Sam Thompson and Rich Sundin.
