Joshua Lee Hamrick, 27, of 212 West Main Street, Ninety Six, husband of Summer Sandola Hamrick, died March 6, 2016 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood, he was the son of Joseph Hamrick and Juanita Harvley. Josh was a pipefitter and attended Bold Spring Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Bob Hamrick.

Surviving is his wife, Summer Hamrick; two children, Rylan and Sophia Hamrick, all of Foley, AL; a brother, Matthew Hamrick; two sisters, Tara Hamrick and Allison Hamrick all of Greenwood, SC; paternal grandmother, Jackie Hamrick; and maternal grandparents, Jack and Dora Harvley.

Services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dennis Cook officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Matt Hamrick, Adam Bolt, Ned McCarthy, III, Luke McCarthy, Ricky LaCroy and Brad Lauer.

The family will receive friends before the service at the church from 12 to 1 PM.
