Joyce Brazell Bradberry, 84, of Ninety Six, widow of Jerry Dean Bradberry, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024, at her home.

Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Ross McKenzie Brazell and Mary Ellen Campbell Brazell. Joyce worked with Greenwood Mills and retired from Hardee's. She was a loving mother and grandmother to everyone and enjoyed spending money shopping and spoiling her grandchildren. She enjoyed the holidays especially Christmas and would start singing Christmas carols while still celebrating Halloween. Joyce was an avid Gamecock fan and loved her fur babies, Pixie Dust, Bird Dog and Micha Joe. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she was in the Nana Brown's Sunday School class.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Ruby Smith, Faye Brazell, Lee Brazell, Charles Brazell, William Brazell and Steve Varnadore; a great grandson, Bradley Wright; and a daughter-in-law, Kim Bradberry.
Surviving are her children, Chandra Lea Rousey of Ninety Six, Timothy Dean Bradberry (Myra) of Laurens, Tina Bradberry Haynie (Skip) and Brian Keith Bradberry (Hollie), both of Ninety Six; grandchildren, Jason McCary, Sr., Mike Rousey, Brandy Wright, Brandon Bradberry, Tony McCall and Brooke Veal; thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren with one on the way; sisters; Louise Blalock, Lois Shore, Geraldine Amaker, Cindy Adams; brothers Ross Brazell Jr., David Brazell, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kelvin Hinson officiating. Burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home before the service from 12-1pm.
