LB Joyce McClain Sartin, 68, of 129 Wisewood Circle, wife of Billy Eugene Sartin, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of the late Colie Blease and Kara Inez Brock McClain. She was retired from Greenwood Mills, was a member of Harris Baptist Church and the Master Disciples Sunday School Class. Surviving is her husband of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Freda Sartin of Greenwood; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Lillie and Billy Gambrell, Nancy and Clyde Hill, all of Honea Path, Sybil and Jim Eads of Christiansburg, VA; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde and Jerelean of McClain of Belton, Bobby and Myrtice McClain of Honea Path, Johnny and Lynn McClain of Abbeville; two grandchildren, Stephen Sartin and Salem Sartin, both of Greenwood. She was preceded in death by brothers, Gerald McClain and Micheal McClain.
